Envelope to Ruud Janssen #1
Envelope I mailed to Ruud today in celebration of his 25 years in mailart.
But at times being a potato-head, I misspelled his name in the address! jeepers! Later worked on collage for Collage Kids group and swapped corruptions of photos back and worth...setting a properly grown up example, thank you. Ooh'd & Ahh'd over collages in John Evan's "Collage" book...studying it too. A definite influence.
Jon's home now. We decided not to go out for tappas afterall, at least for tonite. So...I got goodies early! New Popeye toys which I'll be creating scenes with and putting on flickr...also, Olive Oyl socks! Does he ever know the way to a gal's heart!
Hmmm...did I see Billy Goat Gruff on Bootsale songs??? Off to check it out.
And Ruud...congrats again!

Okay - I'll try some tags. I'll put one in front of the word bold and one after it - see what happens.

Hey - it worked. Messed up the spacing a bit, tho. And you have to put the b with a / after the word as well.
Where was I? Yes, Jill and I went for a meal at a local Belgian restaurant. It was delicious.
Jill had a goat's cheese salad with a Balsamic dressing for starters followed by a lamb dish. I had a crab and prawn timbale follwed by a huge put of mussels in wine. Then we had some gooey creamy banoffe stuff.
Yummy yum.

Well. I get this new style box comes up. Along the top it says - You can use some HTML tags, such as...
Well you put < b > before the word you want in bold - then you put < / b > after the word. Then the word appears in bold.
(Don't put spaces between the letters, tho')

Guess what? Gee Whiz isn't finished. We're going to need one last contribution from you. It's with Michael right now and should be arriving back with you soon.

Now I'm gonna try showing you the linky thing but changing the brackets around at the start and finish so you can see what I've written. So all you have to do Syl. is to get rid of first and last brackets. if you see what i mean?

There you go. "link"is the word you want to be underlined and clicked on. Get rid of the first and last brackets and there you has it.
Obviously that didnt work- it just got rid of all my clever explaination! Doh! Go to the Blogger Help and they will show you.
